What is the least calorie thing that you can eat at a mediterranean food resturaunt?
A bowl of lentils and rice? A Greek salad? A bowl of Tabouli salad?
Seafood. Grilled fish. Greek salad, light on the dressing. Rice has ‘empty’ calories and pretty much no nutritional value. Ask your server for low calorie options on the menu, he/she should be able to help you.
