Need help! How can I make my presentation interesting?
I July 1 minute to make oral presentation on the theme "You are what you eat: a study of the role of diet and nutrition in health, lifestyle and longevity. What are the plans improve health and why? "I chose to speak of the mediterranean diet and the Okinawa diet, but because of the scientific community about my background can not really seem to think of a way to include the public. I will use PowerPoint as a visual aid, but I want my presentation to remember for good reasons and make it enjoyable. I need a way to get my message, something really simple, but effective. Just a little info-b ground on Okinawa has more people living more than 100, which is why I chose to know exactly why they live so long, it is do with the fact that they have a diet low in calories. Med. diet, the other is known to decrease the risk of heart disease resulting longevity, because of their high consumption of olive oil, fish, etc. etc.
Maybe you could make some snacks and food samples for both of these schemes so that people can have a better idea of what tye of food is in these schemes. Then you can go into further detail and explain how, for example, red wine and olives (in med. Diet) are beneficial for the heart, etc., and you can also explain how easy it is to start a diet like this and how it taste to follow this type of diet, etc. Good luck.
