How to lose 60 pounds in 3 months? ?

Okay, I currently weight about 280 pounds. I would like to lose 60 and get in shape for prom in May I have about 3-3 ½ months to do so. I have heard success stories of people who can lose at this point this period of time, without hunger or anything along those lines. I weigh much, so saying, I would only lose 2 pounds a week does not make sense, given Can I lose 5 very easily without excercising when I do weight watchers. I do not know if Weight Watchers exercise can allow me to lose at this point in 3 months then I think to the mediterranean diet, or something like that. Can someone please tell me the plan I should do and how many times I have to exercise to achieve this goal? Thank you. :)
